Job scope:

• The engineer will be based at a shopping mall, based in mall mgmt. office
• They are expected to roam around the mall to address the various IT related touch points

The Touch Points will be items like:

1. 1. IT Network (wired & wireless)
   2. End User Custom Application (Mobile App)
   3. IT interface systems (eg. smart lockers)
   4. Retail mall sales operations leveraging on IT systems

Requirements:

• Customer Service/Empathy
• Network (Meraki) technology skillset (CCNA & above)
• Basic understanding of user application
• Intuitive and High comprehension for on the ground issues
• Mental acuity for problem solving
• Ability to work with various stakeholders(partners) and drive resolution
