Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef in restaurant's opening and achieve business goal set by the management
  • Responsible to develop the team, service standards, schedule planning, payroll and more
  • Maintain food's quality and service level
  • Plan manpower efficiently to optimize business and service coverage
  • Implement and conduct training for the staffs
  • Handle customer's feedback and complaints in a professional manner
  • Manage reservations and seating plans for diners
  • Ensure all staffs adhere to company's SOP all the time
  • Perform cashiering duties, daily opening and closing
  • Prepare sales report for the management
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

  • A professional education certification in F&B related field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role from Omakase or Fine Dining concept restaurant
  • Independent, good leadership skills
  • Excellent communicator, operational oriented, an executor
  • Candidate with prior experience in set up new restaurant are encouraged to apply
