Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and develop product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction
• Access customers' needs and provide consultive advises to address their concern
• Provide assistance for customers with music lesson inquiries and the sale of musical instruments and accessories.
• Assist customer in order placing and purchases
• Perform cashiering duties, inventory management, daily opening and closing, and housekeeping

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of retail/sales working experience
• Customer service oriented & sales driven
• Candidate who able start works immediately will be highly advantageous

Other Information:

• Location: Chinatown
• Working hours: 5.5 days work week
• Salary up to $5000 - $6000
