• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized product floor, and ensure a welcoming, customer-friendly environment
• Maintain updated knowledge on current products, pricing, and promotions
• Greet customers and provide them with purchasing options based on their needs and wants, demonstrating knowledge regarding the merchandise and company
• Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products
• Assist customers with returns and exchanges

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experiences in retail / any mid - high luxury brands industry
• Interest in leather/fashion goods with a good sense of fashion knowledge
• Good working experiences in a customer service or sales role

Working Location: Changi Airport T2
Working hours:

• First shift: 530am - 2.30pm (Lunch break 1030am - 11.30pm)
• Second Shift: 10am - 7pm (Lunch Break 1pm - 2pm)
• Third Shift: 4.30pm - 1.30am (Dinner break 6pm - 7pm)
• Annual Leave: 14 days

Salary Package:

• Basic: up to $2600 (include transport allowance) - exclude OT if required
• Commission: Basic + Group and individual commission based on tier
• Bonus: AWS (13th Month bonus)
