Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to sales team and ensure the stores operation to meet overall corporate standard & guidelines.
- Ensures proper communication between retail management and shop managers and shop personnel on their proper implementation
- Track and calculate monthly commission and incentive payments and to provide analytical reports on retail performance
- Assist the Retail Manager on all staff planning (FT & PT) and staff documentations.
- Assist in preparing Yearly Budget Analysis and Proposal.
- Other work matters released by the retail manager.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years related experience in fashion retail/shop operation.
- Bachelor's Degrees marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related disciplines
