Job Scope:

• Conduct in-store/online products training and assessments for all the business partners as per retail landscape in achieving training KP
• Ensuring all stores and promoters are trained and well versed in product knowledge in achieving overall country sellout target
• Sharing on the lasts products roadmap and ensure all promotions are communicated and executed to the ground as per timeline
• Gain mindshare and gather feedback from stores and promoters to feed the team for immediate action and work on the improvement

Job Requirement:

• Basic PC product knowledge (Candidate posses strong background will be an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive with positive led by example mindset and possess strong leadership
• Never give up mindset and always ready to take up new challenges
• Must be able to commit to retail hours (8 hours daily) including weekend and public holiday
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided

Basic salary plus commission, allowance and bonus
Working hours/shifts: Retail hours (12pm to 8pm or 1pm to 9pm)
Locations: either Funan, Sim Lim Square or NEX
