Job Scope:

• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
• Understand products to be able to attend to customer's inquiries and promote products
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Monitor and manage inventory
• Provide feedback to the Retails Sales Supervisor

Job Requirement:

• Basic knowledge of PC products (Strong background in PC product sales will be a plus)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive with positive mindset and working attitude
• Never give up mindset and always ready to take up new challenges
• Sales oriented
• Must be able to commit to retail hours (8 hours daily) including weekends and public holiday
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided

Basic salary plus commission, allowance incentives and bonus
Working hours/shifts: Retail hours (12pm to 8pm or 1pm to 9pm)
Locations: either Funan, Sim Lim Square or NEX
