Job Description:

• Basic Salary $2,400 + commissions
• 5-day work / week
• Location: Central

Job Responsibilities:

• Opening & closing of store
• Promote & provide product information to customers
• Explain and Educate to the customers on benefit of product
• Provide solution to resolve customer issue
• Provide information on our refund and exchange policy to the customer
• Perform cashiering duties (POS system & GST refund for tourist)
• Collect and send the products for repair back to Service Centre
• Respond to telephone and internet enquiries and ensure effective communication is taken whilst maintaining high level of customer service
• Provide checking & troubleshooting customers product issues
• Achieve sales targets
• Maintain proper records of all stocks received and issued

Job Requirements:

• Retail sales experience in Consumer Electronic products
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Self-starter and willing to be hands-on in order to be able to rectify and solve problems in the field
