Job Responsibilities:

• Support Store Manager on outlet's daily operations
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales target given by management
• Ensure the sales team able to deliver consistent, and professional service to customer
• Lead and guide the team to meet the required performance standard
• Maintain visual merchandising standard across the store
• Act as Manager-on-Duty whenever manager absent
• Consistently achieve target given by the management
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• A professional education certificate in any field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same role
• Excellent communication skills, result-driven
• Independent, a good leader, team player
• Candidate with pre-opening team experience are encouraged to apply

• Location: Central
• Retail working hours
• Salary up to $3500 + Commission + Bonus
