Job Responsibilities:

• Serve customers with passion and integrity, towards providing an excellent service experience to all customers
• Possess a positive mind set towards challenges faced
• Lead a team of Retail Associates in all areas of operations to meet daily shop and company's targets and KPIs
• Able to independently troubleshoot operational errors and discrepancies with minimal assistance
• Able to provide basic staff counselling and motivation where required
• Able to manage an effective team through manpower deployment, duty assignment and motivation

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in any discipline
• 1 years in retail experience at Supervisory level leading a team of sales personnel
• A highly motivated individual who is driven by sales targets and is able to provide quality customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to perform shift duties on weekends and public holidays
