Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Revenue Technical Accounting Manager
- Ensure revenue transactions are properly accounted and consistent with both corporate and local statutory requirements and in line with agreed procedures and policies
- Perform revenue accounting month end close process - posting of journal entries
- Prepare month end close schedules and reporting including variance analysis and commentary
- Provide analytical support for revenue streams or projects as requested
- Prepare supporting schedules (PBC) for quarterly review, annual audit and internal Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant corporate policies
- Supports initiatives as required (system testing, and other ad hoc projects)
Requirements:
- Relevant Accounting / Finance Business degree or diploma holders
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Exposure to external auditing or multinational company environment is desirable
- Well versed in SAP (or similar ERP systems) and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Attention to details, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
- A team player who come with a 'can-do' attitude, and the willingness to learn
