Job Responsibilities:

  • Custodian and controller, in terms of format and content of project documentation, action lists and risk registers ensuring accuracy and relevance to project success criteria
  • Manage and report project's progress, status, key risks and issues to Steering Committee and key stakeholders
  • Integrate issue and risk management across all aspects of business process implementation
  • Manage scope and ensure timely and quality delivery of the project within the approved budget
  • Review project standards to help ensure they are meeting the overall business and project objectives
  • Use defined approach to plan and manage the project
  • Monitor and control project costs against planned milestones
  • Review project standards to help confirm they are meeting the overall business and project objectives
  • Full participation, including supply of documented evidence to audit team as part of the Business Readiness reviews
  • Experience in manage programme using agile framework

    Job Requirements:
  • Experience in supply chain and logistics operation and management is required
  • Excellent understanding of passive RFID implementation on goods in logistics environment
  • Proven leadership ability and evidence of positively influencing functional teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to work with project sponsors
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to understand IT infrastructure landscape and its required components
  • Manage, coordinate and follow-up with a multidisciplinary team of operations, maintenance, engineering, inspection, support services, etc. to achieve the milestones
  • Degree in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or any related discipline
  • at least 7 years of related experience in Supply Chain and Logistics
