Job Scope

• Take charge of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program by overseeing quarterly reviews of enterprise and departmental operational risks. Evaluate the status of mitigations, monitor risks, and identify emerging threats.
• Lead the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program by collaborating with operational units to enhance organizational resilience. Conduct thorough reviews of Emergency Response Plans (ERPs), Crisis Management Plans (CMP), and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Organize and lead call-tree, tabletop, and live exercises for crisis scenarios to assess and validate the preparedness of ERPs, CMPs, and BCPs.
• Take the lead in preparing half-yearly updates on corporate risks, including Key Risk Indicator (KRI) results, for presentation to the Audit and Risk Committee and the Board.
• Promote risk awareness by facilitating risk identification, assessment, and mitigation efforts among all stakeholders. Ensure that decisions across the organization are informed by identified and mitigated risks.
• Foster a risk-aware culture throughout the organization by developing toolkits, templates, data analytics, and reporting frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders from a governance and risk oversight perspective.
