• Work with Client and counterparts in Thailand to determine fraud cases and assess risk
• Attend to general enquiries
• Conduct QA checks on calls for junior agents
• Check on refund cases and provide approval
• Support all payment related matters
• Analyze the trends and data of the Thailand market, thus using it to build necessary tools
• Translate content, written and spoken, from Thai to English for the team and vice versa

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Advance proficiency (written and oral) in Thai (awarded D on CU-TFL scale or equivalent) to do translation work and to liaise with non-English speaking local counterparts. Interested candidates must substantiate language proficiency with relevant certifications.
• Candidates with no expereince are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team
• Able to work under time pressure, able to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
• Location: VIVA Business Park
• Contract: 12 months (renewable/convertible after performance review)
