The team would review requests submitted via internal and external reporting channels. Each member would be trained on relevant policies necessary to make decisions (i.e. Brand Safety guidelines and Implementation Standards).
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to internal and external requests within SLAs
- Provide excellent service to all stakeholders (i.e. content creators, partners, etc.)
- Serve as an "on-call" in case of emergencies (may require weekend shifts)
- Translate content in Vietnamese into English for the team and vice versa
- Liaise with local Vietnamese clients via phone and email to provide support
- Aggregate partner's feedback
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in online operations, account management, or customer service
- Familiar and uses social media accounts/products
- Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple time zones and functions
- Standout executor with strong organizational skills, and ability to drive results
- Business language proficiency (written and oral) in Vietnamese to liaise with non-English speaking local counterparts. Interested candidates must substantiate language proficiency with relevant certifications.
