Job Responsibilities:
- Support Head Chef on daily kitchen operation
- Managing hot dishes for the restaurant
- Preparing different Robatayaki dishes according to the menu
- Cut and prepare different raw ingredients for grilling usage
- Plate the food in a presentable manner
- Maintain grilling station's cleanliness
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Charcoal grill or Izakaya style
- Knowledge in Robatayaki or Yakitori, understand Izakaya's culture
- Ability to work independently and a team player
Other Information:
- Location: Central
- Working hours: 44 hours per week
- Salary up to $4000 (depends on experience) + Bonus
