Job Scope:
- Ensure that Customer Special Invoicing requests and billing requests are processed and handled in a timely manner
- Manage shipment booking requests to Logistics, and maintain shipping details in open customer order report
- Support in Customer order documentation preparation
- Communicate with Customer the shipping details and documents in timely manner
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any discipline with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export
- Knowledge of handling chemical documentations and deliveries
- Good Interpersonal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills, organized, meticulous and customer focused
- Team player and able to multi tasks and with good time management
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office). SAP Knowledge is good to have
Additional Information:
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Duration: 6-month contract
- Salary: S$2.2K to S$2.5K based on your experience + pro-rated bonus
- Working hours: 8.15am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (currently WFH till December 2021)
- Location: Jurong Island. Shuttle bus pick up from Venture avenue, 5 mins walk from Jurong MRT
