Job Description

• Order processing via SAP
• Check on customers' orders
• Verify invoice value, proof read documents (eg: Bill of Lading, LOC)
• Handle invoice, packing list, Certificates, Marine Insurance preparation
• Handle Sales Contract for APAC customers
• Keep accurate records
• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement

• Diploma in related discipline with at least 3 years experience
• SAP, trade document handling and supply chain processes experience will be of advantage
• Good in written and oral communication skills
• Good time management and ability to work effectively and efficiently
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
• Good teamwork behaviour

Additional Information

• Location: International Business Park
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Working Date: Immediate
• Contract Duration: 7 months contract
