Role Summary
The Sales and Operations Manager will be leading forecasting, streamlining of processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and supply chain teams. In this role, the incumbent will be key to boosting performance, improving efficiency, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Job Description
- Prospecting new opportunities. Go-to-market approach. Developing sales campaigns and manage sales activations.
- Keeping in close contact with the market and customers to gather feedback, provide a good service.
- Managing customer's portfolio seeking to achieve the established sales targets and expand the product mix.
- Provide solutions from sales and operations to deliver on time and in full.
- Able to commit in achieving monthly sales target. Managing sales and marketing actions.
- Planning market demand and stocks. Supervise logistic and back office teams.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within the Household Products / Building Materials industries.
- Experience and networking in Channel Sales (supermarkets, department stores etc.) will be advantageous.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Remuneration Package: Base + Monthly Commission + Travel Expenses + Bonus
