Roles and responsibilities
Follow up with prospects and arrange consultation sessions
Gather and collate CRM information and work closely with the Ops team to ensure that CRM information is organised and up-to-date.
Attend to incoming email, text, social media and phone enquiries
Achieve high customer satisfaction by building and maintaining long term relationships between the brand and customers.
Act as account manager to clients on after service issues.
As a brand ambassador, the ideal candidate conducts the consultation in a confident and professional manner whilst maintaining the relationship with the client
Constantly be on the lookout to provide value to our clients
Actively drive your product and Feng Shui knowledge by keeping up to date with trends, participating in training, updating yourself on all product lines and be familiar with the competition
Support control and management of stock in line with management direction
A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experience
Maintain the best retail gallery conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc.
Requirements
Customer-centric mindset, service-oriented with a passion for Feng Shui (Training will be provided)
Good team player and ability to work on own with high levels of motivation to thrive in a demanding and fast paced environment
Willing to go beyond to achieve customer satisfaction
Minimum N or O levels
A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on clients’ needs and experience
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
Excellent personal presentation
Positive, proactive, eager to learn and possess a "can-do" attitude
Experience from jewellery or high-end luxury retail industry is a plus
