Sales Consultant (Account Manager)

Roles and responsibilities

  • Follow up with prospects and arrange consultation sessions

  • Gather and collate CRM information and work closely with the Ops team to ensure that CRM information is organised and up-to-date.

  • Attend to incoming email, text, social media and phone enquiries

  • Achieve high customer satisfaction by building and maintaining long term relationships between the brand and customers.

  • Act as account manager to clients on after service issues.

  • As a brand ambassador, the ideal candidate conducts the consultation in a confident and professional manner whilst maintaining the relationship with the client

  • Constantly be on the lookout to provide value to our clients

  • Actively drive your product and Feng Shui knowledge by keeping up to date with trends, participating in training, updating yourself on all product lines and be familiar with the competition

  • Support control and management of stock in line with management direction

  • A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experience

  • Maintain the best retail gallery conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc.


  • Customer-centric mindset, service-oriented with a passion for Feng Shui (Training will be provided)

  • Good team player and ability to work on own with high levels of motivation to thrive in a demanding and fast paced environment

  • Willing to go beyond to achieve customer satisfaction

  • Minimum N or O levels

  • A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on clients’ needs and experience

  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent personal presentation

  • Positive, proactive, eager to learn and possess a "can-do" attitude

  • Experience from jewellery or high-end luxury retail industry is a plus
