- Ability to propose relevant "extra mile" solutions by understanding customers' needs

- Explore and use innovative digital tools to engage customers for an unique customers' experience
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration or relevant disciplines
- At lease 3 years of experience in retail sales/ hotel/ hospitality/ customer service/ airline industry.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence
