Responsibilities

• Ability to converse and execute management's sales direction with effective communication and alignment for the sales team
• High desire in pursuit of new sales leads through client customer experience centre
• Guide junior sales consultants to achieve sales target set both as a team and individual
• Ability to handle and resolve high stress situations form adhoc customers' complaints and confidence
• Ability to demonstrate team leading skills with a balance of empathy and discipline
• Able to address customers' enquiries, concerns, feedbacks etc, both as a team and individual
• Interest in EV technology and agility at learning new products and features
• Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service and experiences in a competitive environment
• Responsible for nurturing new and existing client relationships and providing value-added customer experience
• Ability to propose relevant "extra mile" solutions by understanding customers' needs
• Passionate to stay ahead of the latest trends in the automotive scene
• Explore and use innovative digital tools to engage customers for an unique customers' experience

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration or relevant disciplines
• At lease 3 years of experience in retail sales/ hotel/ hospitality/ customer service/ airline industry.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence
