Job Description
- Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to enrollment.
- Follow up on daily leads quickly and effectively to convert prospects into paying customers.
- Invite and close potential customers by positioning trial classes as must-attend opportunities.
- Proactively drive re-enrollment by guiding families through renewals, addressing objections, and reinforcing the benefits of continued learning.
- Address inquiries and concerns from parents and guardians in a professional and timely manner, whether in person or over the phone.
- Gather and analyze feedback from parents and students to ensure continuous improvement of services.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary, maintaining a focus on positive experiences.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the learning center to ensure a smooth and safe environment.
- Track attendance, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of classes, ensuring that students and teachers are promptly notified of any schedule changes and necessary updates.
- Support the administrative side of enrollments, including managing student records, processing invoices, and updating databases.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of necessary resources.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2C environment
- Prior experience as a course consultant in institute of higher learning or tuition centre is advantageous
