Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer's order efficiently
• Ensure the Sales Order and Purchase Order are input correctly into the system
• Follow up closely with suppliers on orders and delivery status
• Prepare documents for project approvals
• Liaise with Warehouse and Freight Forwarders to ensure customer's order are being delivered on time
• Provide support to Sales teams on achieving sales targets
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• A professional education certification in any field
• At least 2 years of working experience in similar role
• Proficient in MS Office and coordination skills
• Good interpersonal skills and supportive

• Standard working hours
• Salary starting from $2500 + AWS + VB
