Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Customer Account Management. Resolve a variety of customer inquiries, delivering excellent customer service from the first point of contact
• Process orders to ensure that customers receive the right goods, liaising with Technical Advisers as appropriate to aid customers with their choice of product
• Produce timely quotations and complete all associated documentation about the quote and order processing
• Identify customer quality documentation requirements and take appropriate action
• Operate and maintain customer-related information systems to maintain accurate records and information
• Ensure all quotations are followed upper company procedures and KPIs
• Proactively liaise between appropriate departments and manufacturing sites in anticipation or response to customers' queries
• Daily liaison with Field Sales team keeping them informed of any relevant developments, building a high level of team working
• Assist with customer meetings and visits where required

Job Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years in internal customer and sales order management or sales experience ideally in engineering or industry consumables industry
• Performance-driven with knowledge in heavy industrial trade Incoterms
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on in ERP system (e.g., Infor Syteline)/ SAP system will be a plus
