Responsibilities:

• Provide post-sales technical support and assist the customers with troubleshooting (Product/Application).
• Create quotations and respond to customer enquiries for the timely manner.
• Identify customer needs,provide pre-sales solutions, and assist customers in the selection of the suitable products which meet their needs of the application.
• Investigate and resolve the customer issues by collaborate with the cross functional team.
• Travel within the regional to visit the potential clients for the account development.
• Identify the area of improvement for the products, product segments and markets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in the instrumentation or process control.
• Experienced in using the web-based applications (ERP and CRM applications) and Microsoft Office.
• Possess experience in temperature and pressure measurement sensors, and instruments.
