Job duties:

• Conducting & presenting proposal for controls solutions for consultants, contractors, and clients
• Maintaining rapport with clients and ensuring healthy customer relation
• Figure out new business development way with new & current clients
• Liaising with all departments to better promote package solutions
• Negotiates with clients to improve values to maximizes sales
• Complying all relevant environmental, health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related major
• 1 to 4 years Building Automation System or HVAC business development experience

16 days annual leave
5 days' work week
