Job duties:

• Managing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning) work and performing project design based on clients' requirements
• Conducting tender clarifications & site surveys, site measurements, attend pre-bid walkthrough
• Developing project plan, schedule, and budget
• Preparing project proposals, tender submission/clarifications, and contractual documents
• Dealing with supplier quotation, assessment of quotations and prepare costing sheet

Requirements:

• Degree in any engineering related field
• 2 to 4 years project sales experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning)
• Experience in sales & HVAC project
