JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service and maintain existing accounts via reminders and motivation strategies
- Response to email and queries within the same day, work overtime at office or home to answer emails or making phone calls to customers
- Prepare and submit Quotation and DFM
- Upkeep and update FA files and all Sales related documents
- On time submission for Daily reports and all Sales Report
- Frequent travel to customers and suppliers to learn new technologies and to promote products portfolio
- Maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers to ensure maximum business potential
- Update Individual customers price list and Revision and submit to Admin Manager
- Responsible to meet Sales Budget
- Work closely with QE to investigate and close Quality complaints
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing development experience preferred
- At least Diploma in Engineering
- Must be able to read technical drawings
- At least 2 years of experience in the position
- Travelling overseas required
