Job Description
- Finding potential clients and acquire new sales opportunities through prospecting and convert new relationships into long-term partnerships.
- Develop and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, pricing, and contracts.
- Close sales and achieve quotas and revenue targets
- Manage personal sales pipeline and prepare reports, including, but not limited to forecasts, sales activities, deal status, etc.
- Create and maintain strategic account plans that reflect client needs and objectives.
- Participate in networking events to create organization's brand awareness.
- Provide professional after-sales support and consultation to enable account growth.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with our sales policies, agreements, and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience with consultative selling
- Experience in organization development, adult learning etc. would be advantageous
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
