Job Description

• Finding potential clients and acquire new sales opportunities through prospecting and convert new relationships into long-term partnerships.
• Develop and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, pricing, and contracts.
• Close sales and achieve quotas and revenue targets
• Manage personal sales pipeline and prepare reports, including, but not limited to forecasts, sales activities, deal status, etc.
• Create and maintain strategic account plans that reflect client needs and objectives.
• Participate in networking events to create organization's brand awareness.
• Provide professional after-sales support and consultation to enable account growth.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with our sales policies, agreements, and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience with consultative selling
• Experience in organization development, adult learning etc. would be advantageous
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
