Key Responsibilities:

Provide sales and business support to the team which includes but is not limited to:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations confirmation status and escalate qualified opportunities to the sales team

• Provide support to the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and business goals

• Monitor and provide regular updates on debtors' listing for effective debt management

• Prepare minutes, presentations and business reports for sales and operations meeting

• Prompt and regular upkeeping of customers' database and project updates to maximise customer relationship management

Key Requirements:

• Minimally, a Degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Business preferably with some sales experience.

• Candidates with without experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build good rapport with all levels of staff

• Results and service-oriented individual who possess initiative and excellent communication skills

• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines

• Assertive, meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
