Job Description
- Maintain close interaction with other sub-regional customer support functions, sub-regional management, and market equipment sales etc.
- Responsible to scan the markets in search for new ideas to increase profit, as well as be the brand ambassador for the organization.
- Implement service and parts concepts, when needed with agreed local adaptation at the dealerships for both local and regional coverage.
- Ensure and conduct successful sales negotiations. Introduce new products and facilitate and push cross selling across the region.
- Participate in dealers' network, including organization and competence development
- Perform regular customer visits to understand market requirements, pursue opportunities, gather feedback on competitor activities and perform competitive analysis
- Responsible for operational parts sales result (turnover and gross margin)
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within the Automotive industry, candidates with Aftermarket experience will be highly advantageous.
- Experienced in product / sales channels and distributor / dealers management.
- Comfortable in regional travelling for business purposes.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
