Job Responsibilities
- Generating of truck sales for the organization and increasing of market share within the Singapore market.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships with existing and new / conquest customers.
- Contribute to increase commercial turnover & profit and market share.
- To drive the sales team towards customer satisfaction level for both brand and positioning of the brands as premium products with high service quality.
- Drive and align entire sales & support team towards the company objectives of becoming the market leader for both brands.
- Provide timely product support to the sales team and key contact personnel to factory related to product support
- Analyze monthly results and key performance indicators (volumes, market share) and prepare relevant action plans.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within the Automotive industry.
- Candidates with prior exposure in Automotive / Trucks will be advantageous.
- Comfortable in managing internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
- Comfortable in leading a team of sales personnel.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
