• Developing new distribution structures and improving existing channels
• Identifying and developing business potentials in new market segments
• Managing and implementing business development plans or projects cross functionally to maximize or realize business opportunities
• Developing and executing sales strategies and business development plans in the assigned regions to meet company's aggressive growth and revenue plan
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts

Requirements;

• Diploma | Degree in any field
• Passionate, independent, meticulous, takes initiative and possesses strong enthusiasm to succeed
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Good team player, able to work effectively cross functionally to achieve desired results
• Ability to travel within region
