Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing existing sales team
- Managing and motivating sales team to achieves KPIs
- Cold-calls (inbound sales leads) and managing existing accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Handling sales forecast
- Contributing and implementing strategic sales plans
Requirements:
- Prior experience in leading a team
- Background in business development and sales account management
- Positive, motivated and works well in a team
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
