• Leading and managing existing sales team
• Managing and motivating sales team to achieves KPIs
• Cold-calls (inbound sales leads) and managing existing accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Handling sales forecast
• Contributing and implementing strategic sales plans

Requirements:

• Prior experience in leading a team
• Background in business development and sales account management
• Positive, motivated and works well in a team
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
