Job Description

• Leads and achieves sales revenue targets for the company.
• Develop and achieve sales channel plans through Off-Premise (Supermarkets, Duty Free, Retail) and HORECA.
• Develops and manages customer contracts, trading terms, discounts, visibility, pricing.
• Monitor sales and business development progress on a weekly/monthly basis with proposed action plans for target achievement mitigation whenever necessary
• Implement strategies for all business development, sales and distribution activities and continually reviews and grows account base.
• Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed in a timely manner
• Handle Distributors' and customers' feedback
• Keep up to date with market trends and identifies new opportunities for the business and the brands represented in the Singapore market.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years FMCG experience
• Experience in off-premise, HORECA, wine wholesale or alcoholic beverages would be advantageous
• Possess a successful track record in achieving business revenues and brand objectives.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
