Job Description
- Managing and coordinating B2B Events and Marketing drive
- Managing new client and securing new events
- Make decisions and resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
- Identify, Create, Lead and Establish Sales opportunities and build effective relationships with potential partners
- Build and maintain a good and healthy sales pipeline to ensure that revenue targets are met and exceeded where possible
- Effectively prepare and present quotes and proposal to clients
- Innovate new ideas and approaches to match the customer's requirements and event needs
- Identify market trends and keep abreast of latest events and brand activations to stay relevant
- Report on daily sales activities and customer engagement
- Cultivate and maintains relationships with clients
- Act as a negotiator and profound networking and closing deals
- Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and appropriate venue meetings as necessary to support the customer event experience
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any business-related course
- Experience with MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Ability to work independently and thrive on a dynamic working environment
- Excellent at collaboration and teamwork with ability to utilize all available resources to ensure maximum revenue
- Profound communication and relationship skills with the ability to drive engagement and interest in most situations
- Highly organised with good project management and analytical skills
