Job Description

• Work with Management to develop and implement the Sales & Marketing strategy of the Company
• Responsible to implement the RTM strategy of the Company
• Canvass for new customers and partners to close sales.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales budget, revenue projection and expense controls.
• Analyzing sales data, tracking of sales goals and reporting results.
• Coordinating with Marketing and Business Development on lead generation.

Job Responsibilities

• Diploma/Degree in Business or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales.
• Prior experience in planning and implementing sales strategies will be advantageous.
• Prior experience in access controls systems (wired and wireless) will be highly advantageous.
• Possess good organizational skills and customer relation skills.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to commence employment at a short notice will be highly advantageous.
