Job Description

• Perform market research to identify new sales opportunities to acquire clients
• Create potential new sales opportunities by identifying target audience and make initial contact
• Apply creative methods to expand the network to identify potential sales opportunities
• Plan and develop an annual Sales Portfolio to identify and target key prospects to achieve the overall sales target.
• Follow up on inbound leads generated by internal marketing team to qualify the leads
• Manage and track leads in the company CRM system diligently
• Understand prospect lead's needs and manage sales process
• Design and propose effective solutions to meet their needs
• Present proposal and negotiate to close the deal.
• Manage agreements before handing over the project to the implementation team.
• Manage new and existing clients to ensure projects are well implemented and the overall relationship is well maintained.
• Facilitate periodic business review meetings with key stakeholders to review the overall satisfaction and to identify new growth opportunities.
• Identify new areas to cross-sell and up-sell other organization's solutions and add-ons

Requirements

• Minimum Degree
• More than 3 years in business development and client account management experience
• Prior experience in Saas sales is advantageous
• Proven track record in sales and business development
