Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the organization's reach and revenue streams.
- Identify and target key growth areas, including individual therapy services, corporate wellness programs, psychoeducational assessments, and telehealth services.
- Set measurable goals and milestones for client acquisition, partnerships, and market penetration.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with local schools, universities, hospitals, embassies and corporate clients to generate a steady stream of referrals and contracts.
- Secure contracts for Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), corporate workshops, and mental health training sessions.
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community forums to promote its services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive opportunities in Beijing's mental health sector.
- Analyze data to inform business strategies, pricing models, and service offerings.
- Provide insights to leadership on market dynamics, client feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with psychologists and therapists to align business growth initiatives with service capacity.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the organization's mission and values to potential clients and partners.
- Utilize digital platforms to promote services and engage with target audiences.
- Develop pricing strategies and packages for services, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Track and report on business development metrics, such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and partnership success.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and building successful partnerships
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Skilled in pitching services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
