Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end sales support including processing documentations and handling phone enquiries.
- Develop and maintain procurement plan based on established requirements and customers needs
- Maintain proper management of all sales, trade, inventory documentations/database
- Conduct dispute resolution for sales and service-related matters
- Support application initiatives to apply latest technology implementation to improve operations in own work areas.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree
- Prior experience in a sales operations role is advantageous
- Good written communication skills
- Good with tasks coordination and time management
- Demonstrate independence and ability to work well in a team
- Detailed and structured in work procedures
Chartered bus service provided to and fro office location daily from Monday to Friday from Bishan MRT taxi stand.
