Job scopes:
- To support the sales team in order processing, system update and providing quotation to clients on a timely basis.
- Using CRM (customer relationship management) systems to input/retrieve customer information, stock status information, processing of order, the status of purchase orders, and to make changes on customer orders;
- Support External Sales in terms of quotations and CRM updates to their Accounts;
- Liaise between External Sales and their Accounts when External Sales are not reachable;
- Receives telephone, fax or email requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations from customers, original equipment manufacturers, and distributors;
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
- Makes price quotations by phone/email/fax on price book items. Source for items when it's not contained in price book and require for preparation of quotations;
- Represent your organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues;
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- Proficient in MS Office Tools, Outlook and able to manage in-house CRM system
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
