Responsibilities
- Perform software equipment selections and optimize equipment selections to minimize cost and enhance winning probability for project tenders
- Internal coordination to ensure logistic cost is optimized for every order
- Respond to customers in timely manner on changes in project tender requirement
- Process Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, MSR, etc. into Oracle system
- Follow up with factory to ensure delivery schedule meets customer's requirement to align with monthly department sales forecast
- Internal coordination with logistics colleagues to ensure timely equipment delivery to site
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- A team player
- Good communication skills
