Our MNC client is looking for a ACCOUNT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to support the Client Managers in managing the delivery of all in-scope contracted Managed Services
You will work closely with business operations and the account team to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Accountable for manual page count collection for all global accounts and entering into the system to facilitate on time invoicing
- Prepare monthly page count/utilization, Invoice backup reports for each account base on the agreed submission date
- Generate Customize Reports
- Assist Business Operations to raise purchase orders and process all invoice payments on time
- Prepare and submit monthly report all accounts
- Excellent customer relationship and sales skillsProficient in Excel
- Great teaming skills: work with business partners and vendors to deliver Managed Services
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Time management: effectively manage and track time-based activities
- Problem-solving skills: proactive, reactive and creative
