- Need to handle the tickets (IR/SSR/CR) assigned with proper follow up and closure.
- Troubleshoot on the issue reported and provide a preventive solution.
- Understand the business process and guide user with proper inputs.
- Monitor jobs for any cancellation or downtime and highlight them to leads / agencies.
- Need to meet SLA for the tickets assigned.
- Co-ordinate with different teams like Agencies, ATFM, Third Party and Basis.
- Need to perform multi-tasking with faster resolution time.
- Design or propose an interface process for the new Third-Party system.
1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
2. 3+ years of experience in application/SAP support functions and knowledge in technical area like ABAP and debugging
3. Good and fast learner who can pick up on the new skillset and work independently.
4. Experience in Finance Module and Interface process.
5. Knowledge on script writing and in server side functions
6. Experience in web services
