Job Scope:

  • Lead scope discussions and effectively manage and control change
  • Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the squad
  • Help squad understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
  • Manage Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies
  • Run daily standups
  • Guide squad to develop a high quality product
  • Track squads progress and remove impediments to the squad's progress
  • Dependency management within squad and across agile teams

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years as Scrum Master. Preferably for full stack team in building .NET Core microservices, Angular micro-frontends
  • Familiar in utilizing Azure Kubernetes Service, Kafka and Azure IaaS
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and multi-tiered development. Preferably experience in one or more of the following technologies: .NET, Angular, Microservices.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, build and test (unit testing, SIT and UAT).
  • Have functional expertise to pick up and understand domain related knowledge swiftly in order to work with business analysts and product owner to drive pragmatic delivery decisions, control scope, prioritise work.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.
