As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your day-to-day activities will include but not limited to:
- Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the software development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Agile methodologies used by the team.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Agile software development.
- Design finance setup, orders, billing management, finance processing.
Job Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- With more than 6 years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for Agile Software development teams that were diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Experience in Agile Delivery Methodology
- With Scrum Master certification or equivalent (CSM, PSM I), (CSP, PSM II), Project Management Professional (PMP), ACP or SCRUM certification.
- Expert proficiency in Billing Process.
- Scrum proficiency at an advanced level, along with advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management, Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development), and accounting-related skills such as accounts receivable collection and accounting journal entries, are recommended.
