Job Scope:
- Be a trusted advisor to the customers and be responsible for the successful execution of one or more projects at a time, providing guidance, coaching, and project leadership
- Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies
- Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand
- Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related discipline
- With more than 6 years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for Agile Software development teams that were diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Experience in Agile Delivery Methodology
- With Scrum Master certification or equivalent (CSM, PSM I), (CSP, PSM II), Project Management Professional (PMP), ACP or SCRUM certification
