Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and discuss with management on sales target and how to achieve it
• Lead and guide Part Timers to achieve the sales target
• Responsible for stock taking, sales tracking and other administrative works
• Act as a Sales Consultant at customer's place to create brand awareness
• Deliver personalized sales service to customer
• Study customer's need and suggest suitable products to the customer

Job Requirements:

• Prior working experience in retail sales
• Passionate in Beauty/Healthcare and Wellness products
• Energetic and sales oriented
• Ability to manage a team of staffs
