Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head Chef in daily meal preparation and kitchen operation
  • Supervise and train Kitchen Staff
  • Taking care of fish slicing for preparing Sashimi, Sushi, Maki, and other cold dishes
  • Ensure all food ingredients are fresh and the stock is replenished according to season and demand
  • Share the responsibility in guarantying the hygiene, safety, and the food the quality
  • Uphold the quality of dishes served
  • Conduct regular checking for Kitchen's inventory and maintain the inventory levels
  • Daily opening and closing

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling sashimi and sushi
  • Able to fillet/cut the fish
  • Good communication skills and understand Omakase cuisine

Other Information:

  • Location: Central
  • Working hours: 44 hours/week
  • Salary up to $5000 + Bonus
