Responsibilities:
- Prepare system design for bid submissions using CAD software to create 2D drawings such as equipment layouts and sectional drawings and 3D models of buildings
- Develop technical write-up for bid submissions
- Work along with Project Development team to generate tender specifications and drawings for tender issuance to contractors and vendors
- Liaise with Procurement team to issue tender documents to contractors and vendors and evaluate tender submissions
- Liaise with government agencies on co-development matters on new technology development
- Support feasibility studies and commercial proposals in collaboration with business and project development teams
- Support the development and deployment of innovative technology and energy efficiency solutions
- Support technical review of the retrofitting or greenfield projects proposed by the business development team
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in air-conditioning or related industries
- Familiar with renewable technologies such as combined heat and power, geothermal energy and solar energy
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit for BIM
- Professional qualification in SCEM will be a plus
